101216 Wesley Bunnell | Staff Mayor Erin Stewart and the Commission on the Arts held a reception Wednesday evening at City Hall titled “Leading by Example: Works by New Britain Public School Art Teachers". Fourteen teachers from across the district have work on display until Nov 25.
